Is TIBCO Energy Forum 2017 cancelled?

We regret to inform you that the Energy Forum will no longer take place on September 6 & 7, 2017. We are working closely with the hotel on new dates for the event in 2017. To stay up to date please refer to the website energyforum.tibco.com

Will the TIBCO Energy Forum be rescheduled/postponed?

Yes, we are doing everything we can to reschedule the Energy Forum in 2017.

Will the TIBCO Energy Forum remain in Houston?

Yes, we are working with the Westin Houston Memorial City to keep the event at its current location. Should we be unable to do so, we would still like to keep the event in Houston or its surrounding areas.

When will registration re-open?

Registration will re-open once we are able to confirm new dates for this year’s event.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

If you are unable to attend, you may submit your request for refund to the TIBCO Energy Forum Registration Team.

How can I obtain my refund? When can I expect to receive my refund?

Approved requests for cancellation and refund are processed within one business week. Refunds will be returned to the credit card charged for your registration pass.

How does this affect TIBCO Energy Forum Sponsors?

We hope this does not affect our sponsors, partners, or customers. We are working diligently to reschedule the event for 2017. Rescheduling the event will allow the event to go on; just at a different time.

How can I change/cancel my hotel accommodations?

Not to worry, you do not need to cancel or change your hotel reservation at this time. Once we have confirmed our new dates, we will reach out to you to confirm your hotel accommodations.

How can I change/cancel my flight information?

Please contact the airlines you used to secure your travel.

Is there a policy to transfer my ticket to a colleague if I am unable to attend new selected dates?

To transfer your ticket to a colleague, email the TIBCO Energy Forum Registration Team.
