Dr. Dingzhou Cao
Dingzhou Cao is a Staff Data Scientist at Anadarko Petroleum Coorporation. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. Prior joined Anadarko, he served as a Reliability Technical Specialist at BP America Inc. His research interests and skill set include Data Mining, Machine Learning, Reliability Engineering, Optimization, Operation Research, Simulation, et al. His current focus is developing advanced analytics models for APC Real Time Drilling Analytics System.

Eric Keister
Eric has 20 years of professional experience across multiple industries and has held leadership positions in Accounting, Finance and IT. He has extensive experience in the implementation of enterprise level reporting platforms and ERP solutions. Upon joining Anadarko in 2014, Eric managed the Business Intelligence and Analytics team for two years before moving to the role of Lead Business Strategist for the Advanced Analytics and Emerging Technologies team. In the current role, he develops vendor partnerships, opportunities and emerging technologies to cultivate the company’s analytics advancement.

Chad Loesel
Chad Loesel is a Staff Drilling Engineer at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He received his petroleum engineering degree at Montana Tech. He has 15 years experience in drilling, well bore interventions and workovers in the US land, deepwater and international operations. His current focus is developing advanced analytics models for APC Real Time Drilling Analytics System.

Michelle Lacy
As the data strategy lead for one of Monsanto’s major Biotech portfolios, Michelle works closely with Monsanto's data science community, IT architects and data managers to ensure researchers and business leads have easy access to data used to manage pipeline operations, share results, respond to changes, and make well-informed decisions. Building a data fluent culture via data democratization is an area that Michelle has worked diligently and passionately on for several years first as an individual contributor and now driving the strategy as a leader. Raising the level of expertise using tools like Spotfire for data analytics and visualization enables Monsanto to use data as a communication platform to drive actions and decisions.

Murray D. Rode
Murray Rode was appointed Chief Executive Officer in December 2014, and brings almost 30 years of experience to his role. Prior to becoming CEO, Murray held the role of Chief Operating Officer at TIBCO, encompassing responsibilities for a range of functions, including Finance, Marketing and Corporate Development, as well as a variety of operating groups and business units. Murray has been with TIBCO (and its predecessor company) since 1995, and has held a number of different roles, including CFO and EVP Strategic Operations. Murray holds a BA from the University of Alberta, Canada.

Matt Quinn
Matt Quinn leads TIBCO's Core Products & Technologies Group, bringing focus to a broader go-to-market strategy. As CTO, Matt works to create a common, corporate-wide vision for all TIBCO products and technologies, ensures interoperability and consistent architectural approaches across TIBCO's various product families, and provides overall leadership and coordination of product plans and technology direction. Matt has been with TIBCO for two decades. He received his BA in Computer Science and Masters of Applied Science Information Technology from RMIT University Melbourne.

Michael O'Connell
Michael O'Connell is Chief Analytics Officer at TIBCO Software, helping clients with analytics software applications that drive extreme business value. Michael's passion involves identifying insights with visual and predictive analytics, and turning these insights into actions across business operations—with real-time, event processing. He has worked extensively in many industries, driving TIBCO product direction to address business problems in Financial Services, Energy, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Retail, and Telco, Media & Networks. Michael has written more than 50 scientific papers and several software packages on statistical methods. His current book, "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Tables," is published by Springer. Michael did his Ph.D. work in Statistics at North Carolina State University and is Adjunct Professor of Statistics in the department.
